Generated Content

Content generated by our AI-powered analysis tools (including deal memos, scores, and recommendations) is provided to you for your use. However, DealPacket retains no liability for the accuracy or completeness of generated content.

Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DealPacket and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: DealPacket uses artificial intelligence to analyze deal documents and generate investment memos. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• All AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only
• AI-generated content does not constitute investment advice
• You are responsible for verifying all information before making investment decisions

Not Financial Advice

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Trial Period
